The ABR 26 J is powered by a 25.4 cc two-stroke air-cooled engine that benefits from Alpina’s hassle-eliminating Easy Start system; which produces a sizeable 1 hp (0.7 kW).
The Alpina ABR 26 J comes with two-cutter-heads – firstly, there’s a twin-line strimmer-head perfect for the post-mowing tidy; secondly, you’ll get a three-tooth metal brush-blade that will scythe with ease through weeds, nettles and other more challenging vegetation.
Alpina’s provision of a single-shoulder harness ensures a high level of user-comfort; while a two-piece split shaft means it will take up minimal space in the shed or garage.
The line-head on the ABR 26 J features a bump-feed mechanism that does away with the need to attend directly to the spool when new cord is required.
