The Suzuki DF40ATL Outboard – 40 hp Long shaft uses unique Electric start, Remote Steering and Power Tilt. This high performance engine is powerful, compact and lightweight weighing 104 kg. The Suzuki DF40ATL is trusted, efficient and sophisticated, making it ideal for all kinds of boats and uses.
The engine’s self adjusting timing chain runs in an oil bath so it never needs to be lubricated. The hydraulic tensioner allows the chain to be fully adjusted at all times.
An easy start system eliminates the need to hold the key. With one turn the system will stay engaged until the engine starts.
This unique model uses the Lean burn fuel control technology to predict fuel needs from the engines operating conditions. This results in improved fuel efficiency.
The DF40ATL uses a large reduction gear ratio which leads to powerful torque for quick acceleration and excellent top end speed.
