The Patton Kamado Table Top Grill 55CCE225 is a fantastic grill/smoker which is made of a ceramic shell. The ceramic shells can endure more than a 1000 degree temperature.
Due to their excellent heat retention qualities, high temperatures can be maintained allowing for fast cooking burgers and expertly seared steaks. Precise airflow can be controlled using the top and bottom vents allowing for precision cooking. Low temperatures can also be maintained letting large joints of meet slow cook over a long period of time.
The temperature can be easily regulated through the ventilation grille on the underside.
The Patton Kamado Grill 55CCE225, which you can use both as a grill and a smoker, is compact with a cooking surface of 28 cm. Thus it is easily moved and can be left on top of tables and brought out into the garden perfect for any BBQ.
