2. Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to request a return.
Return requests made after 14 days are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

5. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

- in original condition;

- complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, labels, chargers, batteries, fittings, and documentation supplied with the item;
- clean and free from signs of use, installation, damage, fuel, oil, grass, soil, or outdoor debris;
- securely packaged for return transport; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that are used, installed, assembled, damaged, altered, incomplete, or returned in unsuitable condition are not eligible for a full refund.
6. Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items are not accepted for change-of-mind returns:
- used products;
- installed products;
- assembled products that show signs of use;
- products damaged after delivery;
- products missing parts, accessories, manuals, labels, or packaging;
- products with fuel, oil, grass, soil, or outdoor debris;
- special order items ordered specifically for the customer;
- custom-made or personalised items;
- electrical parts or electronic components that have been opened, fitted, installed, or used;
- hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we arrange the correct resolution after the issue is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are packaged safely.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns.
8. Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee for returned items.
9. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, customers must contact us as soon as possible with the order number and a clear description of the fault.
Customers must provide photographs or videos where this helps confirm the issue.
After the fault is confirmed, we provide the correct resolution. The resolution is repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required under applicable consumer law.
10. Damaged Items
Customers must inspect their order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us as soon as possible with:

- description of the damage;
- photographs of the damaged item;
- photographs of the outer packaging; and
- photographs of any internal packaging.
Customers must keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue is resolved.
After the damage is confirmed, we provide the correct resolution.

If the wrong item is delivered, customers must contact us as soon as possible with the order number and details of the incorrect item received.

12. Missing Items
If an item is missing from an order, customers must contact us as soon as possible with the order number and details of the missing item.
We check the order and provide the correct resolution.
13. Refund Process
Returned items are inspected after they arrive at our return address.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions.
Bank and payment provider processing times are outside our control.

For change-of-mind refused deliveries or uncollected parcels, the original shipping charge is not refunded.
A new delivery charge is payable before redelivery.
